I will again this year be be battling a notorious 20k section of the brutal North Cornish Coast from Portreath to Perranporth in Man Up & Down 2023. I will be running in memory of an old school friend, Sonny who we lost to suicide, Man Down Cornwall is an organisation showing men in the county that through support, counselling and talking, there is a way to come through dark times. It’s working at breaking down the age old stigma surrounding male mental health. They have regular meetings all over the county supporting hundreds of men.
