On the 14th May, at the age of 44, I will be trying to finish my first ever triathlon in Wadebridge: 400m swim, 26k bike ride and 5k run. I am doing this to raise money for this fantastic charity, particularly in memory of Kit and all men who have become victims of mental health in Cornwall.
