Donate to Man Down UK CIC

Hello, 

Next year on 15th August 2026 in Gloucester, I will doing the 15km tough mudder obstacle course which includes over 20 obstacles designed to push yourself to the limit. I wanted to do this for Man down as I think it’s one of the best charities out there and have helped a huge number of men. It’s an incredible cause so any donations will be appreciated. If you haven’t heard of man down before then please go check them out on instagram and Facebook. 

There’s a massive amount of men who don’t speak up due to them feeling they will just be brushed aside. Let’s change it.
