Last year, we sadly lost a dear friend of ours, Rich. A year since his passing a group of us from our work have decided we want to raise some money in his memory. So the inaugural 'Ramble for Rich' on 13th September, 2025, is born. Hopefully this can be an annual event where we can all get together and take some time out, remember Rich, and raise some money. This years event see's us walking the Camel Trail, it's an 18.3 mile route from Wenford Bridge, through Wadebridge and finishing in Padstow, where we will raise a very well earned glass to him!

Man Down UK is a non-profit Community Interest Company founded in Cornwall, dedicated to supporting men with mental health challenges.

They run informal, peer-led talking groups across the UK, providing a safe, judgment-free space for men to share their struggles and connect with others who understand.

By fostering open conversations, they aim to break the stigma surrounding men's mental health and reduce the number of male suicides.

Together, we can end the silence and save lives.
