Man Down is a Cornwall based non-profit Community Interest Company.
They provide informal peer-support talking groups all over Cornwall for men with mental health concerns.
Together we can end the stigma and reduce the number of male suicides in Cornwall.
This is where we can do what we do,
to help them do what they do.
It's simple...
Our goal is to run a continuous
24 HOUR GRAPPLETHON
Start time: Saturday 13th August @ 09:00am
End time: Sunday 14th August @ 09:00am
We will continue to train for 24 hours and have at least two people training on our mats
AT ALL TIMES.
We want to invite as many people as possible to help us with this, from complete beginner to world class grapplers. All will be very welcome to help us raise as much money as possible for this incredible charity.
We will have a schedule available to book your time slots to attend and of course welcome any drop-in visitors throughout.
Should you be unavailable, we would also be very thankful for any donation you can make to help us reach our goal.
