Hello, my name is Jordan Paul Gardiner, and I am excited to be participating in this year's London to Brighton bike ride on the 14th of September in aid of Man Down UK. 


My wife and I moved from Kent to Cornwall in 2019. The pressure and stress of the move quickly took its toll. My mental health deteriorated, and I found myself in a pretty dark place. With the help of charities such as Man Down, I now get to enjoy this place we are so lucky to call home.


Man Down is an incredible charity that raises awareness and offers support to men who are often suffering in silence.
