Goal
On the 2nd Of June, I will be attempting to complete a full-distance triathlon/ Ironman. This consists of a 3.9km swim, 180km bike, and a 42.2km run over in Germany.
To help raise money and awareness for Mandown Cornwall, a men's mental health organization based in my local county.
Cornwall has the third highest suicide rate amongst men in the UK. Mandown is creating an environment to help men talk and get-rid of this awful statistic.
