On Monday, August 4th I’ll be setting out of John O Groats at around 1400, journeying, by bicycle, southwest to Lands end, to complete the famous JOGLE (or LEJOG in reverse). I’ll be raising money for two charities, this one being Man Down, who started out in Cornwall but now have representation nationally, with a simple goal at the heart of what they do: prevent male suicide by offering a safe space for men to talk.
The distance: 900 odd miles / 1400km over 7.5 days.
I’ll be taking a rest day at home for my birthday on the 10th!
