Man Up & Man Down - a 20km run from Portreath to Perranporth along the north Cornwall coastal path on Saturday 23rd of September 2023. This will be my first running event and the biggest physical challenge I will face to date.  All money donated goes to Man Down - an organisation with two main aims: 1) To reduce the number of male suicides in Cornwall, and 2) break the stigma surrounding men's mental health.  All donations are greatly appreciated.
