This local charity is an invaluable support to men who suffer issues with mental health. It has helped hundreds of guys through face to face support groups, charity events and signposts to other relevant support networks. Understanding there are people out there to listen and help in a non judgmental and welcoming forum is why I am doing this swim to raise money to continue this lifesaving work. Please if you can, donate a few quid and every penny will be put towards helping people here in Cornwall. Swimming is a very therapeutic activity to support both physical and mental well-being so going to give this a go to support #mandown. The challenge is to swim from Maenporth beach in Falmouth to Pendennis Castle (beach) on Saturday 27th August (conditions permitting)
