Walking the South West Coast Path for Man Down Cornwall
I'll be taking on the 630 mile challenge of walking from Minehead to Poole along the South West Coast Path, camping along the way, to raise funds for Man Down Cornwall.
As I trek along the rugged coastline I'm not just challenging myself physically and mentally but I'm also raising awareness for a cause that truly matters to me. Having fought my own personal battles with depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts in various stages of my life.
Man Down Cornwall is a local charity dedicated to providing vital mental health support to men in
our community. With a focus on breaking down stigma and promoting open conversations, The
organization offers a range of services and resources to help men navigate challenges so that
nobody has to suffer alone.
Every donation little or large is very much appreciated in these hard times.
