Donate to Man Down UK CIC

On the 23rd of May I will be completing a skydive raising money for Man Down UK a charity that holds a lot of weight for me, as unfortunately I have already lost friends to mental health and have dealt with my own mental battles. 

Too many men feel like they’re unable to speak to their friends about their thoughts and unfortunately have felt they had no other choice but to take their life.

Man Down UK offer help for men of all ages fighting against mental health, if you could donate anything it would mean a lot.
