Donate to Man Down UK CIC

I’ve been meaning to do this for a long time, on Sunday 8th October I will be walking a section of the South West costal path. I will be setting off from Porthtowan and the journey will end in St Ives, which will be a total of 21.9 miles. 

Any money raised will be going to Man Down Cornwall, Man down is a Cornwall based group offering a safe space to meet the current emotional and mental health needs of men who are struggling to cope with the everyday pressures facing them in our modern society. This is a group which is very close to my heart and I feel they provide a great support network for Men facing mental health challenges. I will be joined on the day by some family and friends, anyone is welcome to join, even if it’s just a mile or two! 

Appreciate things are tough in the current climate at the minute, but any spare change to this very worthy group would be greatly appreciated.
