It may be 2023, but mental health remains a taboo subject. Those who suffer believe they are failing themselves and those around them. However, there is help out there if you know where to look. Man Down is one such resource that helps men in Cornwall. Sadly, though, their finances are stretched, and this impacts their ability to help everyone that reaches out. 


I'm running the London Marathon 2023 for this phenomenal charity, as I know too many people that have lost their battle with their demons. Consequently, I hope can raise awareness of this unnecessarily taboo label and provide Man Down with some much-needed funds.
