Donate to Man Down UK CIC

Man-down UK is a non-profit Community Interest Company originating in Cornwall. They provide informal peer-support talking groups all over the UK for men with mental health concerns.

Suicide is the biggest killer in men under 40.  We need to take action to prevent this from being a viable option to struggling men. My goal is to raise awareness, and also funds so man-down can continue on creating safe spaces for struggling blokes to converse free of judgement from one another. 

This will save lives. Together, we can end the stigma and reduce the number of male suicides.

I am a hobby-runner, but this will be the longest distance I have raced. It will be a real challenge (especially with my paper mache knees), but worth it by tenfold if we can raise funds for this great charity.
