Man down, up,  down,  up, down 


On 2nd of February I'm going to attempt to ( I'm going to) do 1000 push ups to raise awareness for the ups and down of men's mental health. Hopefully in doing so we can also raise some money for mandown cornwall.


 I've picked this date as it will be 5 years since I decided to stop drinking and start the journey of improving my mental health and in doing so my life.


We all know I enjoy posting videos of my push up adventures and it wasn't so long ago the 21 a day for 21 days was bloody hard and hopefully all the reps in practice will help. 


I have an 12 hour window to do them but also have my own goal time I'm aiming for 


I'm asking for sponsorship / donations and a penny per push up seems reasonable to start 😉
