Growing a moustache for Movember as part of my Existential Sitcom — ANd I hate moustaches!
So doing it to raise funds for men’s health, especially mental health, at a time when the NHS just can't meet the needs of a crisis   

I’ve chosen Man Down Cornwall,
because it’s a local organisation to where I live— and  I’ve known what it is to feel lonely here.  I was lucky: I had friends and family I could talk to. Even then, it was close to the edge.  really aprsciate whatever you feel able to contribute
