Hey! I'm running the Sydney Marathon in memory of my friend who took his own life.
Life can be challenging at times and I feel like running a marathon is a great reflection of the mental battles you can face. I may be physically prepared but throughout the run, my mind will be telling me, stop, give up, don't bother anymore but you have to push on and keep going.
Not everyone finds it easy to chat and express there feelings but Man Down is a fantastic charity that brings men together in a comfortable space and allows guys to feel less alone.
