Goal

With great sadness I lost my brother, Gareth Morris, in January 2026 to suicide. In support of Man Down I will be running the Edinburgh Marathon in May and looking to raise money for this amazing charity that is aiming to break the stigma surrounding men's mental health and reduce the number of male suicides. Together, we can end the silence and save lives.

To understand who my brother was and the great work he did in supporting others, please check out this podcast he did with one of his former pupils.

Thanks for the support
