What is your favorite method to clean out the internal actions of an AR that has been packed with sand and mud? Is soapy water and a garden hose or kitchen sink spray OK?

How is Diemaco pronounced? Ian and Larry both pronounce the company name differently ...and differently from your videos. What is the 100% confirmed way to pronounce Diemaco?

What is the preferred way to let Glock know that their pistols do not have "nitration finish" -NO3 added to make nitrocellulose, and let them know that their pistols have a ferritic nitrocarburized or "nitride" finish? The Glock instructors have never taken a chemistry class, so they do not know what they are talking about. They are pretty stubborn and wrong at the same time.

What is the exact Name of the book your working on with Larry and when will it be out . I was on the website and there are numerous Volume 2 / Guide 2 Books . So I'm curious which one it is or will be called

Is it better to simply obsolete the Beretta 92 and USP pistols of 80's and 90's technology, or does it make more sense to upgrade those pistols to decocker-only and reduce the DA trigger pull weight?

Are there any gunsmiths out there that can convert a screwdriver front takedown pin on an SP1 to a normal captive detent front takedown pin, or is this something I should do on the milling machine?

What are the ACTUAL causes of the brass over bolt malfunction on an AR with an EMPTY cartridge case over the bolt? The so-called expert instructors say that it is a double feed from spread magazine lips.

Going back to the topic of “What Would Stoner Do,” what were Eugene Stoner’s thoughts on incorporating a Cold-Hammer Forged barrel into the M-16 rifle, and what were his thoughts/reaction towards the military that made the finalized decision to ‘not’ incorporate the use of that type of barrel for the M-16 service rifle?
Did Stoner also thought about utilizing a cold-hammer forged barrel when he was developing his SR-25 design?

Regarding the current day line of .308 ArmaLite pattern rifles, such as KAC, LMT, and etc. But most use the scaled down version of the SR-25 buffer tube and springs design (so they could be more parts compatible with the M16A2).
But would there be any positive benefits of revisiting the original design of the ArmaLite AR-10 that Stoner created, and incorporating it with a modern day .308 rifle of today, such as recoil mitigiation for example.
– On a sidenote, the HK-417 (despite it being overly proprietary) is the only rifle currently, that uses a similiar buffer tube design of the original 50’s AR-10.

How well made does an ambi mag catch need to be? I only ask because Norgon wants 72 god damn dollary-doos for a cast part, where CDNN has a copy for 13ish, Arms Unlimited for 25ish, and KE Arms for 50.
Love your content.

My question below from last week that Chris was unable to answer because he needed to look it up. Thanks
The firing pin protrusion dimension for a mil-spec 5.56 NATO AR-15 bolt is .028 inch min. to .036 inch max. What is the recommended firing pin protrusion dimension for a 7.62x 39 AR-15 bolt?

What equipment do you use to prove that the grip quality and/or thumb position on a handgun is causing malfunctions? I have a Chronos 1.4
to measure the firearms in use. So many "experts" guess, but factual proof means so much more.

I picked up a 90’s colt rifle that came with half circle bolt carrier group. Will the lighter weight change reliability? My ffl recommend I put a regular full auto bcg with the factory bolt.

Why don’t companies KAC or LMT make 308 bolts with "enhanced features" (such as lobster-tail extractors and rounded lugs) like they do with their 5.56 bolts?

My gunsmith has built several AR15 rifles for me in 5.56. They all worked well;however, Last week I took my latest rifle that he built to the range and it would not cycle. I took it back to him and he discovered that he had put the gas tube in backwards. He corrected the problem and said that the gas tube was not affected but when I cleaned it and reassembled it, the BCG (a Daniel Defense) would not slide in readily. It hung up on the gas tube. I think this gas tube is bad. I will have him replace the gas tube with a new one. Would putting the gas tube in backwards cause the rifle to not cycle?

Howdy. Do you have a recommendation for a barrel mounted folding front sight? Ideally not the LE6940 front sight, as Colt doesn't sell those separately from uppers.

Hi! Is it safe to shoot .308 ammo in my Scar17? I emailed FN and asked them and they said they could not recommend it. I know .308 has a higher chamber pressure than 7.62x51. Thanks! Love the channel keep the great work!!!

Should I run both extractor spring and o ring in bcg for ar 15s chambered in 556 and 7.62x39

I bought a new 20 inch barrel .223 wylde with barrel extension from a high profile barrel maker but it would not accept a Forster “go” gage or chamber any .223 or 5.56 ammo. The barrel maker told me that it was my receiver that was out of specs, Is that correct? I did not think the receiver had anything to do with headspace. I tried several bolts but nothing works.
