We can stop the weapons pipeline to Israel.
Weapons and military materials bound for Israel move through European ports, carried on container ships with EU flags, insured by European firms, and stamped through European customs offices. Israel cannot continue the genocide without that support.
ELSC uses every legal tool available to disrupt it. We pressure the logistics companies, insurers, port authorities, and licensing bodies that keep these shipments moving, and we raise the legal and financial cost of complicity.
What disruption looks like
This spring in Italy, our legal notices helped force customs to inspect cargo bound for Israel.
27 containers. Around 750 tonnes of weapons and arms. Detained at the ports of Gioia Tauro and Cagliari. Italy's arms authority later confirmed to the Senate that no licence had ever been issued for them.
Shipments identified, authorities pressured, containers inspected and detained, the military supply chain forced into the open.
What your donation does
The only limit on how many of these cases we can take on is our funding. A donation goes straight into the legal work:
- Filing legal notices that delay and stop shipments
- Pressuring insurers and shipping companies
- Pushing flag states to meet their legal obligations
- Raising the liability risk for owners and operators
With steady monthly support, we can draft the next legal challenge before a ship even leaves the harbour, instead of scrambling after it has already gone.
We do this work alongside the BDS movement and partners across Europe.
Disrupt the supply chain of genocide. The time for accountability is now.
