Diana Weitzel For Judge: Committed to Fairness

Diana Weitzel is the 2020 Democratic Nominee running for the 431st District Court in Denton County. This is a general jurisdiction court that handles a wide range of cases. There is no incumbent. Diana has an ideal background for this court, with experience in civil law, family law, collaborative law, and criminal law. Her career spans more than a decade, and she is also a certified mediator. Individuals and entities associated with a single law firm may give up to $15,000 in aggregate total, with no single donation exceeding $2500. These limits are per election. We do not accept corporate checks, but partnership and professional corporation checks (for example, LLP, PLLC, PC etc.) are allowable under the law.
