David Morreale for Jefferson County Board of Education

Hi! My name is David Morreale (more-eee-alley) and I am running for the Jefferson County West Virginia Board of Education!

I'm a teacher with 6 years of experience in public education and 2 years in private education. I am a strong believer in the idea that the best way to support students is to support teachers! I believe in equitable environments, am fiscally conservative, and believe very strongly in our teachers!

In short, teacher-centered school systems create student-centered classrooms.

I'm really just a regular guy who wants to contribute to my community in a positive way. This means doing my best to serve my community by serving teachers, support staff, students, and administrators in doing one of the most important jobs in our society; teaching our children to be responsible and caring adults who participate in society!
