Help Craig and Carol Deliver a Life-Saving Evacuation Vehicle to Ukraine 🇺🇦
In March 2026, Craig Amos and Carol Naber will drive 1,318 miles across Europe in 3 days within a convoy of over 40 volunteers, to deliver an evacuation vehicle to Ukraine, where it will be donated to save lives on the frontlines.
Craig and Carol have put their hands up to support the Driving Ukraine team and make this delivery happen, they now need your support to fund, drive and deliver this vehicle.
For the last four years since Putin’s unprovoked invasion, we have watched Ukrainian heroes resist evil. Now we have found a concrete way to help.
Carol’s grandfather fought in the Ukrainian Army for his country’s sovereignty over 100 years ago. Carol has been aware of this struggle all her life. Now that battle continues as strong as ever with the Ukrainians showing up with courage, innovation, truth telling and resoluteness. They are an inspiration for us in how to stand up to tyranny. Craig has been researching ways we could help support Ukrainians, and this mission he found fits for us.
Timothy Snyder, who we greatly admire, frequently writes about “corporeal politics,” where one would chose to put their body on the line to express their belief. Your donation is a way to support us as we engage in doing so.
- Craig and Carol
The urgent need for international support in Ukraine is undeniable, even as some sort of peace is discussed. The longer the invasion persists, the more challenging it becomes for Ukraine. The toll of the conflict is staggering. Since 24 February 2022, tens of thousands of civilians have been killed by aerial attacks. Over 1,000 medical facilities have been destroyed. Every nine minutes, there is an attempted evacuation of the wounded from the front lines.
Vehicles, aid, and international support are more necessary than ever before.
Driving Ukraine deploys 4x4 vehicles to:
- CASEvac (Casualty-evacuation) teams
- First aid responders
- Air defence teams
- Humanitarian bomb disposal
- Hospitals and emergency services
These teams work under constant threat. Without vehicles, they simply cannot operate.
Your donation will turn into real vehicles, in real places, saving real lives.

Stretch goal: drone detecting technology.
FPV drones are currently the deadliest threat to medics and evacuation teams. They appear without warning. One strike can turn a rescue into a tragedy. Early warning is everything: extra time to stop, disperse, or take cover.
Additional funds over the goal will equip this vehicle with a Chuyka / Чуйка 3.0 drone signal detector, giving crews precious seconds to stop, disperse, and take cover.
The Чуйка 3.0 is a compact, battle-ready FPV video-signal detector that detects drone signals. It displays enemy drone video feeds. It’s portable, simple to use under stress, and built for the frontlines - teams can carry, charge and operate it from vehicles, checkpoints, or on foot. Our field evaluation found Chuyka to be the best practical option available today.
