More than 50% of coral reefs world wide have destroyed. By modelling future conditions researchers have assessed more than 90% of coral reefs may disappear in next 20 years. Coral Reefs are extremely important and need to be protected. Maldivian coral reefs have been severely affected by several coral bleaching events due to increasing
seawater temperatures.
But it’s never too late to save our oceans. We can work together to achieve a better future for our generation and the next to come. With your support we hope we can have bigger impact join our restoration mission.
In 2019 we started our mission with "The Oceancy" to restore our reef. By 2022 we have planted 1000+ corals in our reef and hopefully with your support we are going to plant 7000+ corals.
