Cooper has been selected to participate in the prestigious New Balance Future Stars Series National Combine in Nashville, TN. He needs your help to make this dream a reality. The players are not charged a fee to participate but instead get the opportunity to raise funds for Future Stars Series Foundation and No Kid Hungry. The players have a chance to earn stipends towards their expenses just by helping raise money for these great causes.
Meet Cooper: Cooper has played sports all his life, but baseball has always been his favorite. He is a left-handed hitting outfielder, first baseman, and pitcher. He attends and plays for Owasso High School, the top program in the state of Oklahoma. In the summer, Cooper plays for the premier baseball program in Oklahoma, the Tulsa Sandlot. Outside of baseball, he enjoys spending time with friends and family and attends Friendship Baptist Church. Cooper has served on two missions trips helping to support the underprivileged in other countries.
Cooper shares his favorite baseball memory: "My favorite memory is winning against Union High School 1-0 in 11 innings during the 2023 playoffs."
Cooper also shares what attending the NBFSS National Combine means to him: "I am very thankful and excited to compete against some of the best players in the country. It is a unique opportunity to showcase my skills while also helping to raise funds for others in need."
The New Balance Future Stars Series is not just about discovering and developing the MLB Heros of tomorrow. It’s about discovering and developing the leaders of tomorrow by creating real opportunities where they don’t exist today: opportunities for education, opportunities to give back to their community… opportunities for a future. We are incredibly grateful that Cooper Harrel is a part of this chapter in our mission to CHANGE THE GAME!
