Self-determination in action
One Thread Collective is committed to powering real grassroots change in remote Wayuu communities in La Guajira.
As part of our Women's Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Program, artisans are given the opportunity to design, govern and receive mentorship for community-led projects that will benefit their entire village.
One Thread Collective provides seed funding for these projects by allocating 10% of proceeds from sales in our Ethical Marketplace.
Can you help us grow our impact?
We are currently seeking funding for multiple community-led projects in Hiotshy and Kululumana, two remote Wayúu villages that have graduated from the Yalayalaa School of Leadership and Women’s Empowerment.
100% of your donation goes directly to buying supplies for these community projects.
