Columbus Creatives Covid Grant

What is CCCG?

CCCG, also known as the Columbus Creatives Covid Grant, is a fundraising initiative aimed toward identifying and relieving the areas of largest economic pressure in the creative community. Donations will be accepted from the community and distributed to multiple creatives living in Columbus who formerly made a living off of an industry that was heavily impacted or shut down entirely by the COVID-19 crisis.

Who receives the money?

The recipients of the CCCG will be decided based on multiple criteria. First, creatives in need of this money will submit an application here. Applicants who give answers that demonstrate need, deep critical thought, and effort will be accepted into public voting. Their answers to the questions (except for sensitive personal information) will be published and the public will vote on who should receive the grant. Based on how much money the fundraiser receives, the number of people receiving it will increase.

How can I help?

There are three ways you can help this fundraiser be successful.

  1. You can donate to the fundraiser.

  2. You can apply to receive the grant.

  3. You can share this fundraiser with your family, friends, coworkers, baristas, Lyft drivers, pets, etc.

The more funds this grant receives, the better the future of creativity in Columbus can be. Sharing this with people you know can lead to a recovered and thriving creative community after COVID-19 has passed.
