Overview
For Black History Month, Colorwave is teaming up with the black-owned sneaker trading platform, Tradeblock, to help scale our impact in 2022. During the month of February, Tradeblock will donate $1 for every trade made on the platform with the ability to match the month-ending total. For anyone in interested in supporting Colorwave directly, you can use this page to show your support via donation.

What Colorwave Does
Colorwave is a nonprofit focused on making the innovation economy more equitable and inclusive by providing leaders of color access to venture-backed startups.
In 2021, Colorwave supported more than 130 diverse professionals in gaining the knowledge, skills, and connections to thrive within the venture-backed startup ecosystem. In 2022, we hope to double our impact by serving nearly 250 new Colorwave fellows while also providing critical professional and career support to our growing alumni community.
As last year showed us, we could not have been able to do this work without the generous support of organizational partners and individual donors who deeply believe in our mission and movement to close the racial wealth gap by connecting underrepresented professionals to networks and opportunity within this sector!
