One-on-one coaching for women from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Lebanon, Syria and other countries in the Global South pursuing higher education around the world.
These are young women with the drive and intelligence to make it through higher education. What they don't have is access to the specialized coaching that translates their experience into the language applications and interviews require, or the means to afford that coaching where they live.
This campaign funds that coaching.
I have been formally with the Spark of Hope Foundation since 2014 and now serve as their Scholars Liaison Officer, coaching women across the Global South through their applications, their academic studies, and what comes next.
I am raising $20,000 this year to fund coaching for 8 to 10 more young women.
What your gift does:
- $50 covers part of a coaching session
- $250 covers a 1-hour coaching session to help her overcome a challenge she is currently facing.
- $550 covers a Strong Interest Inventory and 90-minute debrief. One student gets clarity on her direction.
- $1,000 covers full essay support for one application. Brainstorm through revisions.
- $5,500 funds a full Program for one student. Three months of weekly coaching covering interests, applications, decisions, and the inner work of belonging.
