The College of the Muscogee Nation is a tribal government, non-profit, independent agency qualified under Section 7871 (a) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. This status is only afforded to federally recognized tribes and authorizes tribes to be treated as States for the purposes of income, estate, and gift tax deductions for charitable contributions, among other provisions. All contributions to the College of the Muscogee Nation are fully taxed deductible using MCN Tax ID # 73-093218 to the extent allowed by law.
