In Florida alone, 1 out of 6 women between 12 and 44 years old live below the federal poverty line, 23.2% of women have experienced severe violence by an intimate partner in their lifetime, 85% percent of women 16 or older have to wait approximately 3 to 6 months for a primary physician appointment, 100% of the human trafficking cases are women, 3 out of 10 homeless are women,1 in 4 women experience sexual violence, physical violence, and/or stalking by an intimate partner during their lifetime, and approximately 38% experience chronic illnesses such as cancer, MS, Lupus, TBI, Stroke and others. While some are taken care of, many go overlooked or underserved.
ReDefine Clinical Life Center is a 501(c)3 organization that serves women 16 years and older to find freedom, healing and restoration from a life of pain, trauma, abuse, neglect, violence, addiction, illiteracy, injustice, and lack. We see ReDefine not only providing triage and medical services to a community of women in need but also advocating for the end of violence against women and delivering lifelong changes that will reduce the high statistics of poverty, violence, addiction, trauma, lack, and illiteracy.
Our open campaign is focused on helping us build the first comprehensive women's clinic designed for the rescue, care, and rehabilitation of the women who were or are victims of violent crimes and/or chronic illnesses. Providing 24/7 urgent and primary health care, mental healthcare, preventative and long-term healthcare, and crisis assistance. Your donations and social support will directly provide vulnerable women with services such as trauma level one medical care, mental health counseling, therapeutic care (physical, trauma, and/or cognitive), lifestyle education, and most importantly a short-term stay medical grade room.
This is like a domino effect... We get the funds, then we build the clinic, and finally, we welcome and serve women daily!
Your contribution will help serve approximately 30K vulnerable women per year. You will also contribute to creating 30 short-term stay medical grade rooms designed for a 2-week transitional period which allows us to serve up to 600 women, without a place to stay, per year. Most importantly you will contribute to providing survivors with a safe space to express their concerns and get the care they need in the aftermath of violent experiences.
