Help Charlotte and Sam buy, drive, and deliver an evacuation vehicle to Ukraine šŗš¦
In March 2026, Charlotte Barnes and Sam Alsemgeest will drive 1,318 miles over 3 days across Europe to deliver an evacuation 4x4 vehicle to Ukraine, where it will be donated for work on the Ukrainian frontlines.
To mark International Womenās Day, an entirely all-women convoy will cross Europe to deliver life-saving evacuation vehicles directly into Ukraine, where they will be handed over to women combat medics working under fire.Ā
This isnāt just a convoy. Itās women backing women ā and driving hope forward.
Charlotte and Sam have put their hands up to support the Driving Ukraine team and make the delivery happen, and they now need your support to drive and deliver this vehicle.Ā
Fundraising Update ā Thank You for Getting Us StartedĀ
Weāre incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported this mission so far. Thanks to your generosity, weāve raised just over Ā£1000 of our Ā£7,000 goal ā the first crucial steps toward delivering a life-saving evacuation vehicle to Ukraine.
Every pound raised brings us closer to putting a 4x4 into the hands of women combat medics who work under fire to evacuate the wounded. This vehicle will be used immediately, in real conditions, to save lives.
This mission is just getting started. Over the coming month, weāll be sharing more about the convoy, the journey across Europe, and the people this vehicle will support. If youāre reading this now, youāre part of the early momentum ā and that matters more than you know.
If youāre able to donate or share this page, youāre helping turn compassion into action.
Thank you for standing with us ā and with Ukraine.
Driving Ukraine vehicles, 4x4 pickup trucks and ambulances, are purchased in the UK and modified by dedicated volunteers, before being placed with essential teams in Ukraine, including: ambulance crews, 4x4 evacuation teams, first-aid responders, international volunteer medics, air defence teams, humanitarian bomb disposal units, hospitals, among others.
The urgent need for international support in Ukraine is undeniable, particularly today, even as some sort of peace is discussed. The longer this invasion persists, the more challenging it becomes for Ukraine. The war is approaching its fifth year. The future of Ukraineās survival hangs in the balance. The Ukrainians need more vehicles, aid, and international support from volunteers than ever before.
The toll of this conflict is staggering, with tens of thousands of civilians killed, countless more injured, and hundreds of billions of dollars in infrastructure damage. 4,000,000 Ukrainians have lost their homes, 10,000 missiles have been launched at the country, and over 1,000 medical facilitiesĀ have been destroyed.
Detect. Warn. Save lives - Help us further equip vehicles with a Š§ŃŠ¹ŠŗŠ° 3.0 droneĀ detector.
Once we hit the Ā£7,000 target to fund the vehicle, any additional funds raised will go towards upgrading the vehicle with a Š§ŃŠ¹ŠŗŠ° 3.0Ā (Chuyka)Ā drone signal detector. This is a tool that allows teams on the front line to stay one step ahead of enemy drones.
FPV drones are the single biggest, fastest-moving threat to our medics and evacuation teams. The opposition doesn't need accurate artillery to destroy a rescue: a kamikaze quadcopter or a guided FPV strike can appear without warning and turn an evacuation into a catastrophe. Early warning is everything: extra time to evaluate, stop, disperse, or take cover - saves lives.
The Š§ŃŠ¹ŠŗŠ° 3.0 is a compact, battle-ready FPV video-signal detector that detects a drone signal on 1.2 / 3.3 / 5.8 GHz bands - and shows drone signal video feeds, strength and frequencies quickly. Itās portable, simple to use under stress, and built so teams can carry, charge and operate it from vehicles, checkpoints, or on foot. Our field evaluation found Chuyka to be the best practical option available today.
Donate now so we can equip our recipients and vehicles with these critically neededĀ detectors.
