Pat's Place:
Our unique signature program that provides diabetes education in a vacation setting. Specifically targeted to newly diagnosed youth, technology updates, and burnout. This program provides the entire famiy an opportunity to apply diabetes education principles in a supportive and fun environment.
BETA Mentors:
Our program pairs young adults, 18-25 years old, with type 1 diabetes with newly diagnosed youth diagnosed with type 1 diabetes.
Diabetes Education
Diabetes Education Center with individual and group trainings Educational support for people living with all types of diabetes with a special focus towards teens/young adults living with type 1 diabetes.
