Join the California Black Health Network's (CBHN) Giving Tuesday movement in support of the Campaign for Black Health Equity to help us reimagine a California where we all can have the opportunity to live long heathy lives, free from violence, racism, and health inequities.
This year, we celebrate CBHN's 40th Anniversary as the only statewide, Black led organization that works to advance health equity for all Black Californians. We aim to honor this milestone by ensuring that we are well positioned to continue our mission to improve the health and well-being and life expectancy of all Black Californians for decades to come.
Please join us in the movement and help us reach our goal of $40,000 in recognition of our 40th Anniversary. Your support will enable us to conduct outreach to over 300,000 Black Californians, improve the health literacy of over 2,000 individuals/ patients across the state, lead policy initiatives that address the root cause of health inequities, and provide access to healthcare coverage to uninsured Black Californians.
