Cassie Ferguson and Tania Macfarlan will be embarking on a trip to Cambodia in November 2025 to volunteer with non-for-profit organization, Heartprint, a dedicated charity working to improve the lives of many vulnerable families.
Cassie and Tania will be working with qualified locals to build a home for a family currently living in poverty. This project will have a lasting impact on a family, their life and their future. Cassie and Tania ask for your help in changing their lives.
Millions of people in Cambodia, including women and children, are living in precarious, makeshift housing, often in overcrowded slums that lack basic services and sanitation. They lack security, are extremely vulnerable and could only ever dream of living in what we call our homes, where we take clean water and electricity for granted.
Every donation, large or small, will go directly toward the cost of materials used in this build. Cassie and Tania are paying for their flights and accommodation and living expenses but would love for people to show support and be part of this build by contributing to the materials used for this project. The home will be built on stumps, elevating it above floodwaters ensuring the families safety throughout the wet season, and providing a safe place for the children to play in the dry season.
Donations are tax deductible so we encourage all those that have read this far to jump on board and be a part of this project!
Please click the link below and donate, a receipt will be provided to you as confirmation of your generosity.
Thank you Cassie & Tania xx
