Inclusive Coffee Project ("Projeto Café Inclusivo")
The coffee industry is fertile ground for inclusion, as it allows People with Disabilities (PWDs) to fit professionally in various areas of its chain - from production to barista work and distribution to the consumer.
Furthermore, coffee itself is an incredible tool for sociability and the pursuit of well-being. Reclaiming these particularities with more inclusive management only tends to benefit everyone.
Groups of People with Disabilities
Based on the practices of Inclusive Tasting and Barista Workshops - fully assisted (from preparation to execution) by a trained and humanized team of professionals - we enable a group of PWDs to participate in events related to the theme. Firstly in Brazil, furthermore in USA and other countries.
This special participation reinforces the commitment of the entire coffee chain to promote inclusion and value the skills of those involved, PWDs or not.
After all, inclusion is a journey that must be embraced by everyone, where each person, regardless of their abilities, deserves to have equal opportunities and recognition in their field.
We seek not only to showcase the talent and passion of these individuals, but also to encourage the market to recognize and harness all the potential they have to offer.
