Retreats
Through an intuitive blend of bio-dynamic breathwork, yogic therapies, and immersion in nature, we help individuals overcome issues of self-worth, hopelessness, and stagnation to emerge as thriving beings, brimming with abundance, confidence, and purpose.
Eco-building and Permaculture Courses
The true value of knowledge is only really understood when it is shared. In doing so, we want to use what we are creating here as a model of good living that can be replicated in other places. Our courses give students living examples of how to build shelter and design agroforestry systems that work with nature leading to a harmonious life.

Our Mission
At Tao Valley, we are committed to promoting environmental stewardship, mindfulness, and holistic well-being. We strive to create a space where guests can unplug, unwind, and rediscover their connection to the Earth.
The Future Vision
Since it's conception in 2021, Tao Valley has been growing slowly through the direction of Adam Thomas, it's founder, and with the help of volunteers. We have a renovated stone building, a half-finished kitchen made from earthbags and a couple of glamping tents.
Our goal is to expand on what we already have to offer retreats of up to sixteen people. For this we need to build:
- Six to eight earthbag domes, to be used as tiny house accommodations, that will blend in seamlessly with the landscape, both aesthetically and functionally.
- Construct a workshop and greenhouse;
- Grow a food forest full of fruit bearing trees and inhabited by a flock of chickens.
