Help refugee and newcomer children start the school year with fresh new uniforms and supplies.

Since 2018 SHC has distributed hundreds of school supplies and uniforms to children of refugee and newcomer families in our community. This Fall, many students from SHC families will begin a new school year after experiencing months of uncertainty or large gaps in their education due to the chaotic situations they fled.

SHC is working closely with local elementary schools to provide students with fresh new uniforms and supplies to start the school year. Our goal is to provide 600 children with shirts and pants so they can proudly and confidently begin the 2022/23 school year.
