With Higher Ed Scholarships for 4 students from India’s so-called “low caste” Dalit community, pursuing Nursing degrees to break the cycle of intergenerational marginalization. A word that means “oppressed”, Dalits have faced historic social discrimination despite constitutional protections. You can help break this cycle of discrimination for Lakshmi, Monika, Pushparani, Tamimani and their families by extension – by contributing toward monthly gifts totaling $440 a month for 3 years.
