2. Suicide-Prevention Program Development
Formalize the Spartan Pledge–based peer support framework
Develop structured mentor/peer engagement guidelines for veteran outreach
Create intake, referral, and escalation protocols for veterans in crisis
Establish partnerships with crisis resources and veteran service organizations
Outcome: A repeatable, peer-driven suicide-prevention model rooted in real veteran experience.
3. Systems, Technology & Security
Maintain secure donation, communications, and data-handling systems
Build infrastructure for scalable outreach, reporting, and volunteer coordination
Ensure privacy and data protection for veterans seeking help
Outcome: A secure operational backbone capable of national growth.
4. Foundation Sustainability & Growth Planning
Prepare VA and federal grant applications aligned with suicide-prevention goals
Develop long-term funding strategy through partnerships, events, and donor engagement
Establish performance metrics and outcome tracking for future reporting
Outcome: Transition from launch phase to sustainable, long-term operations.
