Community Blessings Boxes

STP HELPS is working with our community to build Community Blessings Boxes which are 'free-share' and 'open exchange' units that will be placed in front of homes and businesses all across the parish.  Commodities such as non-perishable food items, toiletries/necessities, books, and pet products can be placed in the boxes as donations by anyone. Then anyone in need can just walk up to a box and get what they need, no questions asked. This is helping to break down the barriers of separation between us, as we're so disconnected. This box project helps us to funnel resources and energy among each-other and towards each-other, in unification, without even having to see or know of the person you are helping. This brings us closer together in a way when we share our energy and fruits of our labor with those around us for no better reason than to give. This is the expansion and awakening. Fluid dispersion of needed items through sharing with each-other with no questions through love and compassion for all. Its all Love.

We offer individuals, companies, or organizations a chance to donate to, help build, donate materials for, host a location for, or to wholly Sponsor a Community Blessings Box which allows them to plan the theme and design for the box and have input on where it might be installed. This is a wonderful opportunity to help and get involved with your community, and you can even put your logo or materials on the box for advertising.

Fabrication Phase

Installation Phase

☼   Choose location on designated property with owner’s permission

☼   Dig post hole

☼   Install and level 4”x4” pole

☼   Mount Box on pole

☼   Secure box with braces

Post-Installation Phase

☼   Add box location to the box locator map at stphelps.org/boxes

☼   Post box location and sponsor information (sponsor permitting) online for transparency

☼   Share on social media, make slideshows, upload to youtube, use in future flyers.

☼   Get People involved in stocking and utilizing the box

☼   Build more boxes, spread more love.

How To Get Involved?

1.) Sponsor A Box
        • If you make your donation through DonorBox or Paypal then you should be automatically taken to the 'Box Sponsor Questionnaire,' which you should only fill out after you pay for full sponsorship of one or more boxes.

2.) Volunteer to build boxes with us or in your area on your own

        • If you want to volunteer, use our Volunteer Sign-Up Form to reach out.
        • We have schematics that you can use to build your own if you are so inclined.

3.) Donate wood, materials, tools, etc to STP HELPS to join their efforts

        • Get in touch with us via phone, email, fb messenger, our FB page, or our FB group.

4.) Donate the appropriate items to one of the boxes near you

        • Find an interactive map of the box locations on our website.

5.) Find us on the web and share our information 

        • See, like, and share our FB page, our FB group

If you would like to provide a monetary donation to sponsor a whole box, the cost is $150 and a tax exemption write-off is available. This would allow you to choose the location (owner of land must approve), you get your logo/sponsor message  on the box for advertising, you can choose the theme and design of the box, you get mentioned in our network, your box location goes up on the interactive map of box locations on our website, and you can be placed on the Box Sponsors List that is coming soon.
