NL Federation of Co-operatives
The Newfoundland & Labrador Federation of Co-operatives is thrilled to sponsor the Roots & Rhythm Gala/Black Mutual Aid Fund. As the provincial association for co-operatives and credit unions of NL, it is our mandate to support existing co-operatives such as the Social Justice Co-operative as well as support the development of new co-operative initiatives, too. It is our hope that this initiative will serve as an important reminder that mutual aid is a co-operative approach to addressing challenges and that equity-denied groups have been and will continue to nurture and practice the values and principles of co-operation for generations to come.
