Black Women’s Equal Pay Day 2022 is Wednesday, September 21st.


In 2020, City Lab/Bloomberg, ranked Cleveland as the worst city in America for Black Women. Enlightened Solutions published #ProjectNoirCLE (projectnoircle.com) based on the lived experiences of Black Women in Northeast Ohio.


Based on today's wage gap - Black Women in Ohio will lose over $800,000 over the span of a 40-year career, due to racial and gender pay discrimination.


Enlightened Solutions is seeking 50 donors at $50 (or more!) towards this mission of pay equity for Black Women in Cleveland..
