Black in L&D is a nonprofit organization currently awaiting the confirmation of our Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service. Our EIN is 93-3134050. Although our 501(c)(3) status is pending, we are committed to operating under the principles and regulations applicable to tax-exempt entities. Once our tax-exempt status is approved, donations to our organization may become retroactively tax-deductible as allowed by law.
