The first day of fall, September 1st, is my birthday. My biggest wish for this birthday is more help for the cats. In the last two months, I have taken in my care 15 cats and kittens who needed help. But these aren’t the only cats in my care as there are also the cats who remained in my care forever - 20 cats. Most of them are seniors or they have health issues.

Everything that I do for cats is in my free time. This is the cause I am volunteering for.

Lately, we had all kinds of veterinary emergencies, like a cat with breast tumor, a kitten with herpesvirus and many emergencies with the resident cats. Two of them started a long treatment for severe Stomatitis. They all required veterinary observation, check-ups, and many medicines.

But besides the medical care they needed, they also received internal and external dewormings and vaccines. And we can’t have healthy cats without good quality food. The monthly costs for all these rescued cats are considerable.
