Ben's Friends AVM survivor group helped me and my partner navigate his medical diagnosis. I cannot begin to thank you the community enough for the help and resources and support we were given. We could not have done this without you.
I was diagnosed with Eagles Syndrome in 2021 and had surgery in 2021 and again surgery on both sides October 2024. I continue to heal from the surgery and can only hope that it works. I understand what it feels like to struggle with getting help for Eagle syndrome and diagnosis is always a challenge. I wish all of you the best.
I’m approaching the ten year anniversary of the event that drastically changed my life. Early on, I leaned heavily on this community as I struggled with why. Now, I try to be the reason why I’m still here. I’m extremely grateful for the support and hope that those in need find Ben’s Friends!
