Belmont CDC's Community Development Programs

Belmont CDC has been working to improve communities since 1990 in Charlotte, NC and surrounding counties of Mecklenburg County. In our efforts to improve our communities, we provide much needed services that support families/individuals through our Christmas Giving program, Back to School Drive, Family Supportive Services, Housing Counseling, Foreclosure Prevention, Computer Resource Center and Homeownership Affordable Home development. These programs are so critical to our organization, its mission, goals and objectives to our clients and to the community. 


Belmont CDC is growing and expanding to meet the need of affordable homeownership and community support through giving, education and development and we need your support and contribution to continue our efforts of improving low income communities we serve throughout the region.
