The NGO Seja Luz (Belight Foundation) today is an international foundation, but it was born in Brazil, in Caldas Novas-Goiás, in 2021. With the great mission of bringing light to various corners of the world and along with that, caring, feeding, and bringing material goods to people in social vulnerability. We serve children, the elderly, and families who have survived natural disasters. Crossing borders, in 2023 our work arrived in Africa! Yes, God's plans are bigger than ours, for sure and we can do much more! Patricia Moreira, Co-Founder & Vide-President of the NGO, started the Mission Africa Program (MAP). This program is focused on an orphanage in Uganda, East Africa called the William Foundation Uganda (WFU). WFU has approximately 35 orphans between the ages of 2 and 12. In this region, a large part of the population lives in very unstable conditions. Thousands of families live in villages without access to health care or clean water. Imagine the difficulties faced by children, the elderly, or people with disabilities when the entire region is hit by a food crisis. That's why your donation is so important to us, our absolute priority is to support them and bring them a much better living conditions.
