work, compliance, and early outreach. If we don’t hit our viability targets by early 2026, we’ll either pause or pivot. Contributions are not tax-deductible.
Who can donate? U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents (green-card holders) may donate to this Oregon state campaign, including supporters who live outside Oregon. (So you don't have to be an Oregon resident.) Federal law prohibits contributions from foreign nationals (non-green-card). Thank you for your support!
Contribution rules (Oregon, 2026 cycle):
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
- This contribution is made from my own funds.
- I am at least 18 years old.
- I am contributing as an individual (or entity) consistent with Oregon law.
- I understand contributions are not tax-deductible.
Refund policy:
We aim to raise $150,000 from 2,500 donors by Mar 31, 2026 to proceed. If we do not proceed, we may offer refunds upon request (processing fees may be non-refundable).
